Will The Fabric Arrive Folded Or On A Roll?

Online orders up to 2 metres will be folded and orders over 2 metres will be on a roll. Velvets and oilcloths will always be delivered on a roll.

Do You Ship To The Whole Of The UK?

We ship to mainland UK only. Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Wight plus the Scottish Highlands.  We do not ship to the Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands or Northern Ireland.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We are currently unable to offer international shipping.

If I Select ‘Click And Collect’ How Will I Know When My Order Is Ready To Collect?

A member of our team will contact you once your order is ready to collect from our showroom.

Who Will Deliver My Order?

Samples are shipped by Royal Mail.

All other orders are shipped by TBC.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking link, so you will be able to track your parcel with our selected couriers. You will be able to alter delivery dates & times through text message alerts sent via the couriers.

What Happens If My Parcel Arrives Damaged?

What Do I Do If My Item Is Faulty When It Arrives?

Please inspect your items when you receive them. For fabrics and wallpapers, please check you are happy prior to cutting or hanging. If your order arrives damaged or faulty please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

Can I Return My Order?

Certain items can be returned. These include some haberdashery items, and items that are not made to order.

Wallpaper may be returnable (subject to the individual supplier’s terms)

Can I Return A Fabric I Have Bought?

Once your fabric order has been cut to the length you specified, it cannot be returned. We always recommend you order a sample of your chosen fabric first, to ensure you are happy with your choice.

If you believe there to be a fault or defect with your fabric, please do not cut your fabric.

Please contact our Customer Care Team on 01580 712555 w as soon as possible and do not return any goods without contacting us first.

Which Items Cannot Be Returned?

Made to order items cannot be returned. Non-returnable items include:

All Made to Measure soft furnishing items

Bespoke upholstered furniture

Mixed to order Paint

Bespoke curtain poles and bespoke wooden shutters.

Cut fabric lengths

We cannot accept returns due to incorrect measurements supplied to us.
