Returns cannot be accepted for fabrics or any other cut or made to measure product (unless faulty)
A statutory “cooling off” period applies to any individual product such as packaged poles, cushions or tiebacks. The statutory cooling off period starts at the time of order and ends seven working days after receipt of the goods. The customer is entitled to return the product within this period as long as it is undamaged and in it's original packaging. Goods should be returned to the registered office address within thirty days for a refund of the total amount paid for goods. Postage and packaging will not be refunded.
