Yes, our showroom is in Cranbrook, Kent, where we have an extensive library of designer fabric and wallpaper pattern books from leading brands, in addition to our Bell House Collection fabrics, which can be purchased off the roll.

Do I Need To Set Up An Account To Make An Order?

No – you can make a purchase as a guest at the checkout. Alternatively, you can create an account, which will give you access to your order history, tracking information and more.

How Can I Pay?

Online orders are paid via our secure payment gateway. We accept all major credit cards plus Google and Apple Pay. PayPal Pay in 3 is also available at the checkout on orders between £30 and £2000.

Is It Safe To Use My Payment Card In Your Website?

Yes – we use a secure payment gateway that is encrypted and fully PCI DSS compliant. Your card details are never stored.

Can I Cancel My Order Or Make Changes To My Order After It Has Been Placed?

What If My Items Are Out Of Stock?

Occasionally, a fabric can be out of stock. As some of our fabrics come direct from mills in Europe, it can take 4-6 weeks for them to arrive. When this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible (normally within 24 hours of receiving your order) to see if you are happy to wait or arrange a refund.
