Fabric Samples
Our fabric sample service allows you to see and feel how your chosen fabric will look in your home. To ensure you love your fabric when it arrives, we always advise you to order samples first, as fabric orders cannot be returned (unless faulty).
Samples
- Our fabric samples are A6 postcard size.
- Up to 6 free fabric samples.
- 7-12 fabric samples are £0.50 each.
- Maximum of 12 fabric samples per customer.
- All fabric sample orders are shipped free of charge.
- Samples are sent by Royal Mail and we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.
- It’s easy to order a sample – simply find your chosen fabric and then click ‘Order Free Sample’ and the sample will automatically be added to your basket.
Returnable samples
- Some of our fabrics have large pattern repeats and for these it is possible to order a larger Returnable Sample. These are 50 x 50cm in size.
- Returnable samples must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. We will include a reply-paid envelope when we send a Returnable Sample to you.
- We charge a £20 deposit for Returnable Sample which is refunded to you when we receive the sample back within the specified timescale.
- In the case that a Returnable Samples is not returned within the specified timescale, we are unable to refund your deposit.
