We ship to the UK Mainland (including the Scottish Highlands) and the Isle of Wight on a standard delivery service.

Cut fabric orders of 2 metres and under will arrive folded.
Cut fabric orders over 2 metres will arrive on a roll.
All velvets and oilcloths are delivered on a roll regardless of order size.

UPS and DX Deliveries
- All UPS and DX deliveries are tracked. When your order is despatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
- All UPS and DX deliveries require a signature upon delivery.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 6:00pm. Specific time slots are not available.
- We do not offer express delivery.
RETURNS
If you ordered from our website
We’re happy to offer you 14 days to make up your mind. If you decide something isn’t for you, please notify us you’d like to return them within 14 days of receipt.
You then have an additional 14 days to return your items to us. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition in which they were received.

- Cut fabric and Made To Measure items are not returnable unless faulty.
If you bought from our Cranbrook Store
Simply take your item(s) back to our Cranbrook store within 7 days of purchase along with your proof of purchase and the card you used to pay, and our team will be happy to help.

- Cut fabric, all Made To Measure items and Paint mixed to order are not returnable unless faulty.
Seasonal reductions
- You’re not able to return or exchange ready made products in our sale or seasonal reductions, unless they’re faulty or you bought them online and you tell us you’d like to return them within 14 days of receipt.

RETURNING YOUR ITEMS
Warehouse returns
- All items must be returned to us unused and in their original packaging and must be received by us no later than 28 days from the date you originally received the items.
- We will either send out replacement items or refund you the purchase price.Â
- Please note that, with the exception of faulty items, incorrect orders or items damaged in transit, we are not responsible for the cost of return postage.
- Before returning any items to us, please complete the returns slip supplied with your order and include it with the items being returned.
- All items being returned remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We strongly recommend that you send them by a ‘signed for service’ with appropriate insurance or at least retain a certificate of postage.Â
- We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

Warehouse returns
- We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receipt.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within approximately 5 working days of processing.
- If we cannot refund to the original card (e.g., expired), we will issue a Bell House Fabrics & Interiors Gift Card.
Store Returns
- Refunds for eligible returns are processed in store to the original payment method.
- Card refunds usually appear within 5 working days, though some banks may take longer.
- When returning items on which you have received a bundle discount/special offer, that offer/discount will no longer apply and will be deducted from the original price.
FAULTY ITEMS
- In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 7 working days of the day after you receive the items by emailing customercare@bellhousefabrics.co,ukor call us on 01580 712555.Â
- We will refund the cost of return postage and either refund or exchange the items. Please retain a copy of your proof of postage. We cannot accept any claims for damage caused by you the customer.
